3. Finality of Confirmed Deliveries: All confirmed deliveries are considered final. Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, SteveAlten.com is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and secure.

4. Product Availability: Products ship based on availability. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a refund for the unavailable item.

5. Pre-Orders: For pre-ordered items, please note that there is no set timeline for delivery. We will do our best to keep you informed about the expected release and shipping dates. You can track the status of your pre-order in your account. You can cancel and request a refund prior to shipping. 

6. Returns and Refunds: Aside from damaged goods within the specified reporting period, we generally do not accept returns.
