Novel Chronicles Super Submarine That
Could Be on Our Government’s Drawing Board

N.Y. Times best-selling author, Steve Alten’s high-tech thriller, GOLIATH, is about a futuristic nuclear stealth submarine the length of a football field, the shape of a giant stingray and virtually undetectable. The sub has one more feature that separates it from all other vessels on the seas: SORCERESS—a biochemical computer brain. Its creator, Simon Covah—a brilliant scientist whose entire family was once victimized by terrorism—hijacks the sub.
