One of the desires in reading thrillers is the pure escapism. In today's world, we all need that. As such, these last newsletters may have turned off a few of you after all, the last thing you need is one of your favorite authors coming off as a wack-job, liberal dem, 9/11 conspiracy theorist. While I am none of the above, I've come to realize it is easier, more profitable, and A LOT less stressful for me to write MEG books and PHOBOS than to spend three years of research dealing with serious Parkinsons-inducing SHELL GAME topics like the end of oil, prior and pending U.S. false flag attacks, and events that could crumble our already faltering democracy. My biggest problem is that I care too much about my readers to shut my big mouth.

Hey how 'bout them Philadelphia 76ers?

Michael C. Ruppert, former LAPD investigator, whistleblower, author of the must-read Crossing the Rubicon, and a valued new friend and mentor, tried to console me on these matters by comparing TRUTHISM as being a passenger on the Titanic. "Steve, imagine you're on the ship and you've just hit the iceberg. Some passengers will realize their lives are in danger and proactively focus on making arrangements to get off the ship safely. Some passengers will simply freak out. And some passengers will prefer to remain in denial and head back to the bar for another drink. Over the last 30 years I've realized the hard way you can't save everyone. Focus on saving the passengers who want to be saved."

There's a little something in this newsletter for ALL passengers. For those who think denial is a river in Egypt there's a new update about MEG: Hell's Aquarium pure escapism at its guaranteed best! For those who enjoy freaking out a MEG MOVIE update. And for those readers who'd rather be aware and proactive about our ever-changing world, I've included (under LIVING TIPS) a very special youtube link to Mr. Michael C. Ruppert's presentation. It's eye-opening and educational as disturbing as it is fascinating. Essentially, it's an early warning that an iceberg is coming. I realize many of you may not want to watch it, but I had to offer it to you for purely selfish reasons: I am nothing without my readers and I need to keep you safe.

MEG back in print with NEW PUBLISHER
She's BAAAAACK! From 1997- 2004, Bantam/Doubleday printed the original MEG novel, selling over 600,000 copies just in the U.S. Then Tsunami Books bought the rights, anticipating the New Line deal. Tsunami sold out the next four printings before closing their doors in August. As a result, MEG went out of print. I have just signed a deal with a new publisher Apelles Books which will also be producing the movie. (see below)

LIVING TIPS: Michael C. Ruppert
I came across Michael Ruppert's incredible Crossing the Rubicon three years and the bastard's book rocked my world. I sent Mike an Advanced Reading Copy of The SHELL GAME back in December, and four days later we were sitting poolside in South Florida, the mentor and his protégé. Mike is the former LAPD narcotics investigator who broke the story that the CIA was selling drugs in New Orleans. He is the real deal when it comes to truth, and this youtube presentation (the first two minutes are rough, the rest flows easily) will shock some of you awake. Make no mistake this is a LIVING TIP in every sense of the word.
